These have 80CrV2 carbon steel blades. Handles are made of curly birch, with brass bolster plates. Brown sheaths with birch liners inside.

    Pasi, in rereading (for fourth or fifth time) your nordiskar post of WIP on a couple of your leuku, it is obvious that anyone who ends up with one is getting one helluva knife....it would have been accurate to say "an exceptionally fine, highest quality, blade", but that just sounds so dry, scientific, and boring, in this case....his knives deserve better.

      Bob, you are right. Pasi made one for me a few years ago, the one with antler in the handle. An absolutely beautiful piece of work and one of my prized possessions.
